This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city centre and near to everything. the breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety of fruits, cakes, and breads. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the internet access is free and very powerful.
The room and bathroom are on the small side, with limited seating and storage options.

It's the best place in Campo Grande, I can recommend it for every one. I loved the fact that I chose Advanced.

We liked the location as it was near to the airport and the main shopping area (nothing was open as it was Sunday). It is opposite a very good supermarket and not so far from a bank. We only stayed one night as we were flying out early next morning so it was great to have a few English channels on the tv to pass the time. The breakfast was nicely presented and there was a good range of things to eat. The hotel had internet but there is a place (half the price per hour) just a short walk from the hotel.
We found the receptionist to be unnecessarily rude and short with us. She spoke English but came across very abrupt. There was clearly something wrong with the room as we had to wait a while for the room and there were hushed conversations going on behind the desk. It turned out that the toilet flush was leaking and they had put the toilet bin underneath to catch the drips. This is not 3 star service. We were not bothered about this as we were only staying one night and leaving very early but this kind of service is poor especially as this is not a cheap/budget hotel to stay in. In addition, they had already taken the payment for the room before we had arrived - this is not what other hotels have done. The internet was rs5 per hour - very expensive for Brazil. When we left, we asked for a receipt which seemed like too much trouble and although we told her that we had not taken anything from the minibar, she made us wait until she found someone to check the room. This was very annoying as we had to go in a rush to catch our plane.

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, and a great breakfast spread. The hotel's location was perfect for Easter shopping, as it was close to many markets and stores. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a pool on site, which was a nice break from the warm weather.
The hotel seemed slightly overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed in. there was a bit of confusion around our towels, as we were missing one upon arrival.

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. the bed was comfortable and we had a lovely view from the window. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping area and close to some great restaurants. We also appreciated the free parking offered by the hotel.
The customer service was disappointing. the staff were generally unhelpful and seemed disinterested in our romantic escape.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. Everything we needed was nearby - from supermarkets to restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of options, everything was nicely presented and tasty.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
